About TryCasino
An independent reference resource rebuilt from an old casino review archive — kept where it was useful, rewritten where it was not, and stripped of the parts that existed only to send readers to operators.
What this site is
TryCasino began as a casino review archive — a WordPress site publishing operator rankings, sportsbook pages and regional coverage between 2016 and the early 2020s. Over time much of it drifted: old bonus figures presented as current, affiliate redirect links, and pages aimed at markets the site had no real expertise in.
This version is a rebuild of that archive rather than a continuation of it. The pages that contained something useful were kept at their original addresses, rewritten in our own words, and reorganised around criteria that actually help someone decide: licensing, market, banking and terms. The pages that were pure promotion were dropped.
What it is not
Not a casino
We do not take bets, hold balances, or operate games. Nothing on this site lets you deposit money.
Not an affiliate
There are no operator signup links and no affiliate compensation. The old redirect routes to operators have been retired.
Not advice
Reviews describe what an operator offers and how its terms work. They are not a recommendation to gamble, and not legal advice about your jurisdiction.
Not a ratings service
No star scores. A rating compresses half a dozen trade-offs into one number that means nothing without your preferences.
Who is behind it
The site is owned and maintained by the same party that ran the original archive, and it is run as an independent reference resource. There is no editorial team of named authors, because a byline attached to a rewritten archive page would be misleading — pages are attributed to TryCasino as a whole, and the editorial policy explains how they are sourced and updated.
If something here is wrong, the fastest route is the contact form. Corrections are logged and the page is updated.
How the site is funded
The pages carry advertising slots. Advertising does not influence which operators are covered or what the reviews say, and ad placements are labelled as advertising rather than dressed up as content. The detail is on the advertising disclosure page.
