We cannot help with
Recovering funds from an operator, reversing a decision a casino has made, or intervening in a dispute. Contact the operator first, and its regulator if the operator does not resolve it.
If your issue is with a licensed operator, the regulator named in that casino's footer is the body with actual power. A Malta or UK licence comes with a complaints process; an offshore licence generally does not.
